DELIVERY

All artworks are shipped via UPS and carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Because each piece of Island Boy Art is a high-end, original work, delivery timelines vary based on processing and preparation. Orders typically arrive within 7 to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Each artwork is individually handled, inspected, and prepared prior to shipment. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted directly via email with a personalized update outlining the expected processing time, shipping timeline, and any relevant details regarding your specific piece.

We appreciate your patience and understanding—great art is never rushed.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final. Cancellations or changes must be made within three (3) days from the date of purchase. After three days a 15% default/restocking fee will be charged in addition to any shipping or customization fees incurred by Island Boy Arts.

Items must be paid in full before shipping takes place.

Completed works guaranteed to ship within 6 weeks of purchase.

Commisions and/or works in process (including limited editions) require a 50% deposit and are guaranteed to ship within 60 days of signed agreement.

Island Boy Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items confirmed to be delivered to the most current address provided for an order. Upon request, Island Boy Arts will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking and carrier information for the client to investigate.

Island Boy Arts is not resposible for import duties and taxes for items shipped outside of the United States.
