Delivery
Every artwork ships via UPS, packed by hand. Because each piece is an original, timelines vary with preparation — most orders arrive within 7 to 30 days of purchase. Completed works are guaranteed to ship within six weeks.
Once your order is placed you will hear from us by email with a personal update: expected processing time, shipping timeline, and anything specific to your piece.
Great art is not rushed.
Returns
All sales are final. Cancellations or changes must be made within three days of purchase. After three days a 15% restocking fee applies, plus any shipping or customisation costs already incurred.
Items must be paid in full before shipping.
Commissions
Commissions and works in progress, including limited editions, require a 50% deposit and are guaranteed to ship within 60 days of a signed agreement.
International orders
Import duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the United States are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or stolen items
Island Boy Arts is not responsible for items confirmed delivered to the address provided on the order. On request we will supply delivery confirmation, date, tracking and carrier details so you can investigate with the carrier.
